Long day yesterday so slow start this morning - peach, yogurt, granola (1). Lunch is rather more successful - lentils and millet (2), watermelon/cucumber/feta salad (4), tomato and basil (5), lettuce and radish (6), courgette with nori sprinkle (7).

Yesterday: lettuce, celery, walnuts, apple, sultanas for lunch; poached cod, spuds, carrots, broccoli for dinner; orange and banana as snacks.
    Totals for yesterday: 4:3.

Not good yesterday... no fruit, no veg, virtually no food.
Unintentional fast day, I guess. Today will be better.

See, if you don't eat it's not possible to get the quota. Basic maths :D

Yesterday ended up being a 3:3 day for me, but my goodness my guts ached in response :o

Today really hasn't been a salad day, and work has been hectic. However I've managed to keep up the veg intake:

Breakfast - tomato (1) on toast, fruit smoothie (2). Lunch - veggie burger (3) with roasted peppers, garlic and tomato (4), aubergine, courgette and onion (7) and sweet potato (8).

    Out tonight, so who knows...

For the first time in a week I have managed to eat solid food :j

I've just eaten a big plate of stir fried vegetables with tiny pieces of cooking bacon through it. garlic, mushrooms, kale, onion, spring onions, chillis.
I weigh all the food I eat and it was 4 portions :)

A fruit heavy day as I was busy and fruit seems easier to eat as it usually comes prepared. Banana, Apple, Grapes, Orange Juice and Baked beans and Mushrooms for the veggies.
