Today really hasn't been a salad day, and work has been hectic. However I've managed to keep up the veg intake:
Breakfast - tomato (1) on toast, fruit smoothie (2). Lunch - veggie burger (3) with roasted peppers, garlic and tomato (4), aubergine, courgette and onion (7) and sweet potato (8).
Out tonight, so who knows...0 -

A fruit heavy day as I was busy and fruit seems easier to eat as it usually comes prepared. Banana, Apple, Grapes, Orange Juice and Baked beans and Mushrooms for the veggies.Debt Free Stage 1 - Completed 27/08/2020
