    Mars Ice creams gone from 6 in a box to 4. Saw someone in Iceland buying a pack. Think the Snickers ones will be affected

    We usually talk about shrinkflation but I found a rare increase in size today:

    Starburst was 196g now 210g
    Skittles was 174g now 196g

    Both are rebranded family size and as they replace the old sizes are still £1 at most stores. Not bad considering Rowntrees sweets are all 150g posh bags now.

    They were indeed 25g at one time.

    Along with many other things, the price of the original size Pringles (200g) is now £2.25 and they have brought in smaller, 130g packs for £1. I know they're not essentials but still!

    Or buy the Aldi or Lidl equivalent for 80p ..

    So first maths lesson for a Monday morning - 130g for £1 = 260g for £2


    Where does your 200g come into the equation ??

    A few years ago the regular size was 190g.

    The 200g size is available now, at ASDA for example, for £1.25.


    The price of Pringles varies wildly. I have seen the regular size on sale for c £3 in a convenience store.
