It's understandable that you'd be shattered as you're pushing yourself to do things you're not used to. Keep going; it'll get easier0

Morning Pauline
You are doing great. As others are saying, it will become easier for you.
I'm reminded of a saying an old friend used;
"FEAR can have two meanings,
Forget Everything And Run
or
Face Everything And Rise
The choice is YOURS.
I WILL RISE"
Have a grand day

It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

Good evening
I am finding the lows after a challenge, such as the hygienist, really hard to handle.
Yesterday I did go out to see a friend whose father died on Sunday. Even when a death is expected, it's not easy to deal with. There's so little to say.
Today I am back to being good for nothing. I am tired and a bit teary. I know I am getting better but I am exhausted afterwards.
I am off to have a little swim in a bit. I don't want to go but I am determined to get there. I have eaten well again today.
So I am off to the dentist tomorrow. That isn't going to be too bad
Thanks for popping by

Glad you're going for your swim, despite not feeling like it. Challenging yourself is going to be emotionally draining. Be kind to yourself, you're doing great0

I am like that often Pauline.
Wiped out by a day of doing bits & bobs.
Slowly learning that I more often than not need a day in between.
So dont beat yourself up for it.
