Were you phoning them at home again?

Lol, is this nonsense still ongoing? I wonder if his emails just get sent to the junk folder. Can't believe more people don't have him on ignore on here as well.

    :rotfl:

Just been browsing the EE forums and my god there's some loony tunes on there. My favourite post from you know who is the following:-
What a farce, why can’t tech team temporarily make a new sim a clone of yours, so it picks up uk network then transfer it back.

only down side would be ee member would see your text messsges, but that doesn’t matter as they can anyway and the MFI secret service

Bet you never knew your sofa was bugged :rotfl:

He's not been seen for a month so I'm guessing he's been banned (again).

I have to agree here I loved orange and T-Mobile when I used to have 2 phones I had them on both of these networks and they offered so much and since EE has come in I just dislike it a lot the cost is a lot and you don’t get good value for your money this is one of the reasons I switched to Vodafone they offer great packages now especially when the double data summer comes! (I know I am late with this forum haha) :D

Ive also had orange Outhere since 2000. I was forced onto EE last month, but I was not even notified via text. After complaining to EE, they offered me a derisory 150 text for 3 months and £5 credit. I am considering escalating to Ombudsman. Has anyone done this yet, and if so, what has been the outcome? I'm really not happy with the decision L, especially with no prior warning...

The ombudsman are useless and biased

Because it is a commercial decision they said they will stick to what ee say!

Google search “ombudsman service reviews trustpilot”

Ok they all say energy, but same useless scum. Just read a few, you
Can tell they are useless, if you ever ring ombudsman 2m16 before you
    Get an unhelpful human.

Ring ee. Get through to “executive customer care team “ and have a pop
At [Personal details removed by Forum Team]

There is an “ee community forum “ would direct you to it, but as they banned
Me for life from it, not much point!

As for your offer, i dudnt get that.

I now get texts at 5p each and calls at 10p each. (Lots of moaning)

If you get through to darren, im sure he will know who you mean
When you say somebody else not happy, they all MUST know me by now
    In exec care team

If you can keep us updated great

    Thanks

I don’t know what you want? They’ve removed a service - as they are entitled to do with notice. You’ve harassed them to an unreasonable amount and now they’ve made a commercial decision that they no longer want you as a customer again. Take the hint and move on.
I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂

Just got off the blower ANOTHER 1 hour 10 mins to the executive NO care team.

Spoke to that bloke “D”. He’s the one thats high up the tree,
But there are others that are more important than him.

He seems to think the Out Here is *NOT COMING BACK*
He has the CEO email at his fingertips but refuses to send him an email.

As for the Out Here, reckons that it needs approval from someone, yak yak yak, then goes to the printers etc etc. But costs money to do that. Funny how they can sponsor football ground and have some actor on tv advertising, but no rewards for long term customers.

This ‘D’ guy reckons, he could be paid to talk to me until he retires and would be cheaper than getting the software written
To do the 5 free texts.

They keep saying ombudsman service because they know they
    Will win!

As there email address are there names, except this ‘D’ he claims his is different, but wont tell me it!

I now have another name to email, thought was a popular bakery, ‘Jeffs cakes’ the ones on the high street.

As there are lowlife on most forums, ill not fill you the rest in
But involved a monkey drinking tea and a laptop.

How much do YOU earn an hour?
My son has a sim with unlimited calls/texts and 30+GB of data for under £20
    £3.95/month gets unlimited texts.

I earn about 30K a year. I have friends from Yorkshire who are tight.

Yes I enough money in my (currant account ) bank to buy the same package as your son
700 times. But no you pay for something your having it. If his texts went you would be straight on the blower.

In the industry i’m (hardest game in the world), done for years, man and boy, where folks
Try getting things that not entitled to, but do. So i’m not giving up
That Rick Ashley guy didn’t give up, Bonnie Tyler held out, same here.
