    STS since last Wednesday. Diet = marginally more calories.

    7 miles done on the outdoor bike for the exercise challenge. Also, done the usual indoor cycling and weights plus bits of gardening. Hoping that the weather today is fine in order to do some outdoor exercise.

    580 active minutes
    Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today!:mad:

    Found that 3lb again, 3lb gain this week.

    I've walked 2 miles and cycled 11.5 miles, I know what I'm doing wrong, need to get on with it.

    + 9 miles of outdoor cycling for the exercise challenge.

    More of all the usual exercise activities done last week but also ate more i.e. average weekly calories increased.
