On their own site their policy is clear. If you return items under the Distance Selling Regulations you will not be charged for their postage although you will have to pay your own to send them back. This is correct and within the law.

The problem on their Ebay returns policy is that they've conflated returns under DSR which are enshrined in law with their exchanges policy which are not. To be quite honest the returns policy is a bit misleading and contradicts their Terms and Conditions.It's probably a genuine mistake though to be fair to them but they wouldn't be able to enforce it anyway.
