I ordered boots from this web site uggstore.cc over 3 weeks ago. They have not arrived. I had an email from them saying the boots were at the local post office but I checked and they aren't there. I have requested a full refund but I'm not holding my breath. Does anyone know how I go about reporting the website - do I call the police? Any ideas for help please??0

They would be fake (the site). Ugg only sell to stores they know of and do not allow their boots to be sold through any other site with UGG in the registered url (web address).
If you paid over £100 you could try your credit card in terms of claiming back the money, I'd be wanting to try even if it was less then £100 just to see if they can help but they could well refuse.
Maybe if you visit consumer direct and trading standards they may be able to offer further advice on how to report it but I think the police non emegency contact details also.0 -

Hi, just noticed you were looking for bellevue 2, try asos.com in the outlet section, just got some for £100 after discounts, usually some 20% codes floating about on the forum.
Hope this helps!!0 -
Just missed that asos code which was 20% off everything & the new 20% off excludes discounted items so that £120 area seems to be the level some retailers are at. .
I have a feeling the prices will start creeping back up we move closer to October as winter draws nearer. Hence looking for the best deals now.
Thanks0 -
HAve you tried the 20% off new arrivals code, as it worked for me on the ugg boots. Worth a try xx0
-
I'll have another try might be me doing something wrong.
They'll lovely boots so any extra ££ off is always welcome0 -
Tired again, Seems no cashback on offer either ?
The following errors have occurred:
the discount code "ENJOYASOS" has expired&the discount code "HAPPYLFW" requires a minimum spend of £1.00"
£120 area is still better than £225
Might e-mithe some in the links above, for price matching , (plus cashback ) might get the price down some more
Thanks again xx0 -
hi there. I ordered uggs from australia without checking her first or reading the fine print, hence I have received the boots and now a lovely invoice from TNT for £67.89. In the package were boots for me and my 5 year old daughter. They imposed VAT on the total package - is that correct given part of the package contained childs boots? They have also imposed a £15.00 processing fee which I think seems rather large. Could someone confirm whether I have any grounds to dispute any of the costs?0

has anyone ordered from ugggt.co.uk?? wondered if these are genuine uggs or expensive fakes.
Thanks in advance0
