Hey genieuk - I believe you can do that re saving the extra and paying off when the fix ends but wouldn't want to say for certain incase I have misunderstood what you have written, my brain has gone very mushy on maternity leave!

ATB - Just wanted to wish you luck with your new business venture and will keep my fingers crossed it all goes well for you. I'm sure it will you always come across as very motivated and organised which is half the battle.

Hi genie I'm sure that sounds right but I would check with your provider

Thanks for your support MM89 :)

Spent £20 on fuel yesterday but that's it for the weekend. We are having a lazy Sunday, much needed. Fire lit, snuggled up on the sofa - bliss. Leaflets ordered and will look forward to working on the business this week :)

For now though, I'm going to put away the clean laundry then do nothing :D xx

    Hi all xx

Had a manic but nice Monday. Spent around £10 on ebay postage and some bits of food, but that's it for the week with regards to spending now. I did, however, forget about an invoice that needs to be paid for some minor works we had done by a tradesman - £109 - will sort in a mo and pay him online. That would have been OP money but not to worry.

Must put my big girl pants on tomorrow and chase up money owed for consultancy work. She's a pal, so I know she will pay, she is just quite absent-minded and I always struggle chasing money from her. If I want to see the 20s this week, which I really really really do, I need that money, so will just get on with it tomorrow. I will, of course, keep you posted.

Remaining ebay items aren't shifting which is a pain. Still, if I can manage four NSDs day that will help with OPing on Friday and reaching our target xx

Big girl pants duly donned and money chased. Fingers well and truly crossed it comes this week.

NSD today. Have a potential new customer to meet this evening for the business so that will be interesting (if not a little nerve wracking too!) So, no money being spent today and hopefully some being earned. Well and truly fed up of the 30s now, this last little push seems to be never-ending.

DS is poorly and at home with me today, I think we both need a nap!

    Morning,
Hope DS is feeling better today. I always feel guilty if I ask for money that I'm owed - why is that?
    Good luck with the business.

I finally listed 14 items yesterday and one sold straight away

Had a phonecall regarding a letter I sent to the building society as well they weren't happy with the service I received and offered £40 as a gesture of goodwill slightly gobsmacked as all I had asked was if they could close my account due to a couple of issues I had accessing the account.

Definitely going to check with our provider if we will be able to pay a lump sum at the end of the fixed rate. Only time I want the months to go by quicker.

Well done for doing the chasing ATB, it must be difficult when it's a friend - I have no qualms, but most of my clients aren't even in this country!

The 20s are so close now :) Hope you enjoyed your nap ;) and DS is feeling better soon.

So far I have done loads of paid work for DH, loads of housework and made an OP of £380. Leaves around £150 to pay to get us into the 20s - should be able to do this on Friday which I would be very :j about. Already planning the steak dinner celebration!
