How is it Thursday already? I don't seem to have achieved anything whatsoever.
Though my brown skirt is now wearable again (replaced the worn-out integral tie with elastic) and the pale blue will be soon (did similar elastic replacement a while back, but with that one there are two holes for it to come through, a good inch apart, so needs an applique patch to hide the little bit of elastic that shows - got the patch yesterday).
Blokey coming to look at the back garden later - we need something doing to stop animal ingress/egress under the fence. Mr Wolf can deal with Blokey as I'm far too much of a wimp.
I also need to rearrange my food wall cupboard; I hurt my back yet again yesterday reaching up to get dried herbs from the top shelf; so I figure if I rearrange it to have spares on the top shelf and stuff I need to access a lot on the lower two, that'll solve that problem.
Was in agony last night - blitzed it with heat pad, Novasonic machine and Tiger balm; it's not too bad today, but not "right" iyswim. If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

I've also spent the best part of the morning outside with DS2 as the waterboard kindly let him actually sit in their digger which he absolutely loved. They showed him what all of the levers and buttons did, and he even got to beep the horn (which he did a number of times and made us all jump). He's keen to go out there again so he sit on the dumper truck, but I've told him he has to eat all of his sandwich before we'll go out there again (mean Mummy). Have done a couple of loads of washing, but still need to put them both away. I'm hoping that little man will be tired soon and have a nap so I can get more done.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/2017£997.87/£2020

Had to go to dr on Tuesday as was feeling rough. Dr has put me on new meds and they made me feel like a zombie. I think I'm slowly coming out the other side now, so hope to catch up on some flying tomorrow after paid stuff.
Thanks for the crumblies recipe - I'm going to try it this weekend. Thanks for all your posts, sprinkle of luck required now.0 -
Evening all
all out of spoons for listy today. used all my energy working through my gibble that came to light when I got help lifting and carrying today. 3 hours of work, sorting, binning and rehoming stuff has been mentally rewarding but physically, its been a killer.
not much flying tomorrow, as have some out of the house frogs to attend to, but there are little bits that are getting done by virtue of being back with you all. Hopefully next week will see more stuff get crossed off the list
Right, up the wooden hill to Bedfordshire. looking forward to catching up tomorrow :wave:The cold never bothered me anyway0 -
Morning :hello:
Just popping my head round the door to
I'm loving working from HO but it's intense, so I have no spoons left when I get home....flop! Make the bed and feed the birds has been joined by daily recycling - so my first job tomorrow won't be 'unearth the draining board' :T
Have a good day

Morning all,
Kazmeister I post what I've done rather than what i want to do as it shows me what I have done rather than what I failed. Much more motivating, although I find the lists a good reminder so thanks Natty & Valli
This week I have managed to put the kitchen to bed every evening so hoping this will stick as a habit soon as it makes it so much nice to come down to in the moring
So far this morning
Up, showered, dressed, breakfasted
Bed made & clothes picked up
WM on
Stoves cleaned out, reloaded and back on
Bin brought back in
Going to make coffee, clear breakfast stuff whilst kettle boils and then sit down at the desk again and try and get a bit more cleared away. Not really seeing any improvement on the desk but plenty of paper recycling and I am getting steps in going to file stuff so hopefully one day soon there will be a visual improvement
See you all later0 -
Morning all
Work was manic again yesterday and I ended up working very late... so minimal flying done. This morning I was awake early and DH also got up early so I have...
Stripped the bed and got it in to wash
Dry laundry FUPA
showered, dressed and put my face on as I look like death warmed over due to being so tired!
Lined up more laundry to do in utility room, I shall change loads over when I go to make a cuppa
Menu plan and shopping list done, will try to do the shop after work as we have a lot to get on with this weekend
Right then, paid stuff... I hope it’s a little easier than yesterday but not holding my breath! Have a good day all x0
