    Today I have left over pasta bake and salad. I made enough for dinner last night that I have some for tomorrow too.

    As I am using the oven tonight, I am going to put in a potato for baking and I will have that on Thursday for lunch.

    Left overs from last nights tea for lunch today - fishcake and veg, although I've just had a HUGE slice of banana bread that someone at work has made, so not even hungry yet!!

    I am at 3/15 now, having had a cheese sandwich on Monday and another on Tuesday.

    I'm having prawn pasta and salad tomorrow.

    Morning all, the fish cake was not a success yesterday as it smelt out the office and everyone was moaning about the smell!I had to febreeze the office afterwards! Back to cottage cheese and crackers for me x

    Oh Happy Monday what a shame!
    I used to work with someone who would eat the same lunch every day - microwaved prawns, over which he would pour cold pea and ham soup. No one ever said anything to him.

    Proper healthy fish cakes sound much nicer.


    I'm having the same as yesterday - yes, it's fish, and I could heat it... but I think I'll have it cold. Have also brought in some YS sushi left over from last night's food - more tuna and rice! And an apple.
    Back in debt again, but for a good cause. £17K to go

    I often eat soup and bread as I am unprepared, but I tried overnight oats recently and they will be on the rotation of lunches as they are so cheap and lovely
