  • I bought a couple of boxes of cuppa soup yesterday to take into work. Just as a backup plan if I forget to prepare a lunch.

I do that too, I find it helps x

The usual "soup and bread because I can't be prepared enough on a Sunday" today :rotfl:

Making hairy bikers chilli tonight so will have leftovers tomorrow!

    Lol you sound like me!

Enjoy the chilli, it's one of my go to's if we haven't much of anything in.

Please add me in for 18 days. I bought lunch on Friday, and have a few evening events, so only want to have a couple of days just in case - need to be resilient and prepared!

1/18 pasta salad with tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, peppers and avocado, plus banana.

I have a box of cuppa soup sat on top of my fridge where it's been for ages! This is such a good idea if I'm not prepared (or if I'm hungry and want extra!) Will try to remember to bring them in tomorrow!

2/18 today - I made 2 days' worth of lunches last night for me and OH.

4 tuna lunches: 200g rice boiled with a stock cube and1/2 grated courgette, cooled, then I added 1 small basic tin sweetcorn, 1 chopped yellow pepper, 12 olives, sliced, 1 tin tuna, 4 boiled eggs, quartered.
Snacks - a satsuma and a peach yoghurt.

This sounds really yummy and filling, I may have to give it a try.
