Day 4/16 completed today

Yesterday was much supplemented by a load of free cakes and treats that were floating around.
OH objected heavily to his alternative recipe bread on his sandwiches yesterday, so today, I've gone back to the rapid fluffy white bread recipe, and we are both having salmon and cream cheese with sliced cucumber and a portion of carrot sticks and a yoghurt each on the side. I use Aldi salmon flakes, but as there was barely half a portion left, that is topped up with a smear of Morrisons savers salmon paste. I think it will work!
So that's day 9 for me.
Tomorrow, if I bring in a £1 to buy some Children in Need cake from a bakesale we're having, does that count as a BYLTW day if the rest of my food is brought in?Keep reading books!

Hi, not a member of this post but will next month.
I have left over couscous from tonight's dinner. What can I put with it for lunch tomorrow?
Thanks
