Hey Happy Monday - I did think about adding some BBQ sauce, but went with healthy whole tomato instead.
Today, I have lentil dahl and rice and a yoghurt for lunch, but I have to go travelling later so the bacon is on different homemade bread (more aerated, not so fluffy) with a bit of soft cheese and cucumber, and I'll eat that on the train.Keep reading books!

Hello everybody, day 8 for me. I had left overs from last nights tea, pesto pasta and chicken, it was lovely. Had tandoori chicken tray bake tonight, so I’ve got left overs for tomorrow’s lunch.
