These taste just like the brand name sweet and are very easy to make.
200g condensed milk
100g desiccated coconut
8oz icing sugar (approx)
8oz chocolate- Mix the milk and coconut together.
- Add enough icing sugar to form stiff dough which will form balls.
- Form small balls and leave to set on a tray until all the mixture is used.
- Place the tray into a fridge to set (over night is best).
- Coat the ball in melted choc and leave to set.
- Setting time minimum 4hrs.

I am havign chick kevins from the freezer for Dinner and have prepared new potatoes to boil and cabbage, carrots and broccolli to steam. I have got way too much veg and wondered if I could make bubble and squeak out of the leftovers tomorrow. What else would I need to add? Should I mash it altogether tonight or can I do that tomorrow when it's cold?Murphy's No More Pies Member No. 28 on hold0
