Just felt I had to add another voice to those warning customers away from SoLippy. They also took my payment and then failed to send my goods or reply to my emails. I called Trading Standards about them, which I suggest all annoyed customers do to add numbers to the complaints. Thanks to jdx for the useful info.0

Hello.
My name´s is Margarida and i am portuguese. A moth ago i order some parfums at SO LIPPY site. Unfortelly more than 30 days after still nothing. Some times i order from others england sites and never, never, have problems with delivery.
I e-mail SO LIPPY asking about my order, the reply was that they are going to check, but after that... nothing, no message, no update, no reply to other e-mails that i send.
Can anyone help me, tell me what can i do. Is there any legal way what i can follow. How can I reclaim the refund?

Even in Portugal I try and get by phone talk with "So Lippy". I explain the problem and i have the promisse of parcial refund of my order (1 item). The other is going to send me.
I work with other´s web company´s and even directly with sailor´s in UK, and this is my first time with such problem.
I know that there is allways a first time... My only sugestion is that "So Lippy" needs to get better in order to answer to costumer.
I live otherside UK, i don´t live in UK or in Tadworth/Surrey where i believe there is a local shop of "So Lippy".
In this world were the are so many options to buy, besides the choise where buy cheaper, we also need the trust.
Nevertheless, the person that i speak at "So Lippy" was very attention and solve yhe issue in 1-2 days.

I just want to say that my problem was solve.
After e-mails and phone calls, i have receive part of my order and the rest (for out of stock) it was refund in my credit card (it takes about 3 working days).
I wish best (and pacience) to other´s.

I have just gone through the rigmarole of joining this forum simply to right a wrong - because the comments posted are obviously out of date (2008) and therefore incorrect. I am totally delighted because on Tuesday (31/5/11) I placed an order for some D&G perfume and it arrived the NEXT day!! It was at least £15 cheaper than any other website! The problem you might encounter - and it is probably the reason for these historic complaints - is that it takes 6-10 days for despatch and then on top you have the postage time but after placing the order I discovered this so called the number given got straight through to an extremely nice lady called Cathy, explained that we were going away and asked if there was any way to speed up delivery. She said she would look into it and call me back which she did within the hour and she had sorted it all out and I am now the delighted recipient of a 100ml bottle of 'Light Blue' in time for my holiday! I just called at 6pm thinking I would get an out of hours answer phone but it was answered straight away by Cathy! I was thus able to convey my thanks in person. I stumbled across this blog after purchase and so am writing to say whatever teething problems they experienced back in 2008 they have absolutely sorted them! Next time I will order in advance to take advantage of the excellent prices but I can honestly say to you, you can order with confidence!!0

So Lippy offers a wide range of top brand fragrances at highly discounted prices... The reviews above did put me off slightly but I thought I would give them a go..... and I am so pleased I did!!!
I ordered item on the 23rd and it was delivered today.. now thats what I call quick delivery..... I would highly recommend SO LIPPY.

I placed my order with them on Tuesday last week they took my money twice so have left me nearly £40 out of pocket! It is now Wednesday the week after I still have no refund or perfume I'm so angry.. it should only take a maximum of 3 days to sort a refund.. So yes I'll be contacting trading standards to if I do not receive and anything by the end of the week!0
