So Lippy Perfume Site

I paid for a bottle of perfume to be sent to Spain. Then I got an email saying "new RM rules" do not allow perfume to be sent to Spain (could be true but I've never had problems with other suppliers). So I asked for refund. So far, nothing and, what it worse, my credit card, which I used to pay for the item, was fraudulently used 3 times a few days after I paid So-Lippy.

Fortunately, my provider caught the transactions so I've lost nothing but, having read the comments on this page, it wouldn't surprise me if the number got out via this horrible company.

Can I use UK trading standards to complain from Spain?

I agree - I have only ever had great experience. Excellent prices and really quick delivery.

Can only say I must compliment the service I received from this company, they were able to send my favourite Minotaure in perfect condition within 2 days.

Was nervous as it's really hard to get it, and after coming across this site, but was delighted t receive my package. I will certainly be ordering again.

Yes it's very hard to get. Less than 5 seconds to type 'minotaure' into Google, click on link and see it is available on Amazon.

You're not helping the company- we can all see the crappy reviews - and we know why you're signing up. Every good (ie. shill) review on here to my eyes is another "don't ever use this company" marker.....

My god wish I'd seen this thread sooner. I've ordered perfume on behalf of my Mum for her Grandkids & she already doesn't trust the internet.
I ordered, got the details of my transaction, but still awaiting delivery details. I've emailed So Lippy to see when delivery is expected, messaged them twice on Facebook & on their Facebook page but no reply. I'm so worried I've been conned, as I really cannot afford to lose this money. Unemployed, single parent, etc... This really skint my Mum to get these perfumes for Xmas, anyone know what next steps I can take if still no response.

hi i ordered some perfume for the wife on 20th nove 2014 had email on 27th nov say dispatched today is the 5dec still no perfume or any sign of it Not happy could have got it local but am busy . not very good site

14 days delivery time and items missing from order , now awaiting response for missing items.Not impressed at all. :mad:
