I'm not sure if I've titled this correctly but can I deposit and withdraw from my stocks and shares ISA as often as I like so long as I don't deposit a total of more than £20k in the tax year ?

Flying to France on Tuesday and suddenly remembered about GHIC cards and now having a panic. We are a party of 5.
