lloyds offered me 1.9% for 12 months
just called lloyds to cancel my platinum card and was offered another years balance of 1.9% for 12 months, with no balance transfer fee. sounds like a good deal to me. may be worth while for anybody in a similar situation and current card balance is due to end. apparently this offer is available until 28/7/06.

Halifax credit card interest rate rises.
