WOW just recieved a refund for pp even though i didnt ask!!
i recieved a letter yesterday saying that my loan which was paid off last year has been reviewed, and they decided that i should recieve a part refund of my pp payments, i didnt even ask!! the bank say its part of there on going customer satisfaction???? well im pleased, even though its only half the amount, i am shocked!:T
