New Member needs advice

hi, just joined and wanted some advice. i have an 0% agreement with HFC bank when i purchased my sofas. i have religiously paid my monthly repayment and the term is about to be up. i have had no correspondance from them and i am aware of no problems but i have heard of some horror stories regarding the bank and wanted to know if there are any tips on how to handle them should there be a problem. thanks

    There should be no issues if you pay via DD on time every month :)

    Yes i have but have still read horror stories about them and charging late payment quoting that even if the bank got it wrong the customer had to pay!!
