Shower is a Triton, thing is I dont have the box or receipt anymore so I dont know what model no. it is. Is there any way to find out the model no. or serial number?
Finally is there a video showing how to fix this leaking valve. Does it make economic sense to buy a new shower instead of calling the plumber to fix?0 -
Hi yes below is the link to my TMV3 shower, hope this helps:

Personally I would try and replace the mixer cartridge.
Page 14 (http://www.tritonshowers.co.uk/media/custom/upload/File-1518623158.pdf) in the manual shows the cartridge so it should be as simple as turn off the water, drain any header/hot water tank, unscrew the old and screw in the new.
There is also the possibility that its the flow assembly that's at fault so might be worth replacing both at the same time?
Give the sales department a ring (02476 372 222) they may be able to advise you what part to go for.
I had a faulty mixer, the shower was missing washers from the connectors. Phoned Triton, they didn't even ask about a receipt (shower was 2 months old but hadn't been fitted) and put two elbow connectors in the post that day FOC. Expensive way to replace two washers but they said you couldn't order washers on their own!0 -

Thanks, Triton now telling me they booked an engineer visit this wednesday as the shower is still under the 5 year guarantee.
They said if its my fault or if its not professionally installed then im liable for a £85 call out charge.0 -

We have the same weird thing happening, the taps suddenly "slurp" out a small amount of water, the shower drips for a few minutes but only after used on a medium heat rather than high.
My only reasoning is back to basic school physics, think after you turn off the tap some water is "held" in the spout/fitting by surface tension in the end of the fitting, eventually as it cools or some other reason this lets go and drips out the of the fitting, the same happens in the shower the water sitting in the shower head seems to be held by surface tension then this breaks and drips for a few seconds.
Proved the tap theory by poking the tap with a cotton bud!every time I manage to get one more breath into this body, I will sing a song of thanks to you my brothers, my sisters, my friends, may your sleep be peaceful, and angels sing sweetly in your ears.0 -

Okay the last remaining problem is the Douche Spray fixture. Again I don't have a receipt or box for this so I haven't got a clue the manufacturer for this.
Below is a link showing photos of my Douche Spray:

Is this Douche Spray fitted incorrectly that is it is upside down:think:?
Finally the last resort for me is to buy another one and to get it fitted or do you think I can rescue it like the shower and shall I assume its a filter/valve/assembly problem like the shower?
If I can't rescue the Douche Spray then where can I buy one like mine? The place I bought it from don't stock it no more.0 -
