Yes, looks to be upside down. I guess they fitted the pipes the wrong way around, so the pipes would need to be re-routed to be in the right place for the valve to installed the right way up.

Okay so i guess because its been fitted upside down, this is the reason that caused the leaking problem in the 1st place you think?

Can it be simply just turning the douche the right side up without doing anything to the pipework? I guess pipework is 15mm hot and cold pipes that will still fit into the douche right side up you think?

I don't think that would cause the dripping. It might be possible to replace the part that is dripping without replacing the whole thing.

If it is a simple mixer valve, then it should be okay, but the hot/cold indication would then be the wrong way around.

If it is a thermostatic valve, then it would need hot and cold to be connected to the right place for it to work properly.

Do you think it's the same part that caused the dripping for the shower earlier?

It is a valve but not sure whether its mixer or thermostatic valve. The temperature and pressure can be controlled like a shower.

Okay I think of just buying another douche spray and just swapping it over if I know for sure it won't drip whether its upside down or not after fitting it.

The question is where I can buy one just like mine?

I would have asked the Triton engineer if they had any ideas while they were there.

Yeah I remember asking the triton engineer and he kindly said he has no idea as triton doesn't make douche sprays.

Okay doing the will application. They are stuck on the form section 'Further provisions distribution of the residue'

Then theres another section after that called final distribution

    What does that mean?
