Win 10 and Ccleaner - Issue

Options
Has anyone else found an incompatibility between Win 10 / 64 and Ccleaner (latest version) - in that, when running the reg cleaner - it leaves behind two ProxyStub.dll's ?

There is no need to 'clean the registry'. At best it does nothing. At worst it can stop the computer working.

Why do you want to remove dynamic linked libraries ??

My guess is that they are locked to prevent deletion .

All that I am saying is when I run the utility - they are left behind !!

Windows 10 doesn't need any antivirus or cleaners.
As long as you don't download warez, play online games. You are fine.
    It's got built in defender.

Is Win 10 defender better than previous defenders then ?
How many people are trusting defender ?
I have turned Defender off and am using AVG

Yes it's improved over the last version...(I don't use it though as there are better)
    Trusting Defender? Probably millions.
Do you think AVG is the best you can do??;)

Until win 10 tests are posted i would not trust Defender .
Older tests show defender on about 87% blocked .
Then again i don't trust AVG either .

I have used AVG for 10+ years and have never had any problems with it
What is the current best free alternative ?

    AVG is worst for Windows.
It slows down your computer by great number and takes great resource.

I have always used MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials) for years and no problem at all. That was until I upgraded to Windows 10.
Absolutely love Windows 10 and happy with defender.
    No problems at all.

Like I said, if you don't download dodgy warez and play them flash kids games online you are fine with defender. No need to install anything which will make the pc heavier and slower.

My friend had antivirus installed on his computer and he needs to clean install his windows every 3-4 months.
And we both use our computers in same sense.
I haven't clean installed my PC in years, (only when Windows 7 came)
