Apart from the annoying issues, which will probably be easy for the garage to sort, it would have been a good idea to have had a bit of a 'handover' to the customer, explaining the simplest of things,as it isnt expected that they would know where everything was.
Thats what we used to do, when I had my sales business.

I remember when working in the after sales department of a main dealers (not going to name the marque as can't be arsed answering the inevitable smart-arsed remarks) a customer returned his week old car complaining about the rear window winder-handles not being in the exact same corresponding positions when the windows were closed.PLEASE NOTEMy advice should be used as guidance only.
