Just had call from OH who is in toys r us, he told me could spend a fortune, I pointed out baby is only 1 week only, doesn't need lots of toys yet. No he says, not on her, on ME :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Hello everyone,

Im afraid ive not been around much the last few days, like the last few weeks, real life taking over again - so i hope i havnt missed anything important - ((HUGS)) to everyone who needs or just wants one xx

Jackie - do know its your last day of radiotherapy today - hope it has all gone well xx

So, this week has been another of only being busy with a child a day, so keeping me busy, but not much money being earned - next week i do have the 2 new LOs starting, its only 6 hours a week but its a bit extra at last.

My children were both picked for the schools athletics team, and at the area sports on Wednesday, our school won!!! DD came second in the sprint, and DSs team came second in the relay - we had all thought they had won, but they gave it to a different team - but it didnt matter they are the small schools winners!!! Very proud of both of them (and the rest of the team!)

Yesterday, DS had another football presentation, and received a small bronze award which is in recognition of all the matches he and the other boys had played. Think im going to have to buy him a cabinet to keep all his awards in - hes getting quite a collection now!

Finally, my big news is that ive won another competition - £2000 worth of Harrods vouchers!!! Ok, i live nowhere near London, its going to cost a fair bit to get there (and stay, no point in going all that way for the day) and although i cant really afford a few days there, it is going to be worth it - i still cant believe ive been so lucky, im going to be able to go in probably the worlds most famous shop and not have to worry that all i can afford is a carrier bag!!! I will put some aside for the children to spend, and some for me - i cant wait!! Im hoping to come up in August when i have a couple of weeks off, i would love to be able to get tickets to see Arsenal whilst we are there, for DS, but its not easy to get tickets - but i think i will try.

Well, thats all my news this week - still on my diet but weigh in is on Sunday, im being good and only weighing the one day each week.
