I remember joining one of the girls at work into the Parenting Club when she first found out she was expecting.

When I was going Bootsing one day she gave me her voucher for the free disposable camera as she was going to a wedding and asked if I would pick one up for her.

I thought there would be no problem until I put in my own Advantage Card and her voucher and the SA looked really confused and burst out laughing!! I had forgotten that the girl had scanned the wrong side of the laminated sheet when I joined the Health Club so they actually have me registered as over 60 so it looked a bit dubious that I was over 60 and pregnent at the same time. I was only in my thirties at the time too - she must have thought I had a hard paper round as a child.

It took a bit of explaining but the girl gave me the cameras anyway.

Aww thanks Pash, I'm having a 'funny' half hour at the mo I like making people smile, after all a smile or a laugh doesn't cost pounds or points so its still money saving

:mad: Really rubbish today in the Fort.
Bought the half price weight loss card but they had to put it through manually - so no extra points for me, I guess that means I really should use it!!!

Also found that lots of the Natural Collection and Essentials stuff that I had got before was back up in price, weird. I got a net bag with 3 pots of Essential lotions for £2 last week, today it is £8! Maybe they are trying to get us back for all the cheap goodies we got with the cosmetic bags. Couldn't find any reductions in the baby aisle (got loads last time)

The Clearance shelves near the photo counter had loads of 17 liners and lip gloss for £1, some hair bits for under 50p, lots of hair colour £1 still lots of ink cartridges but no bargains for me

Found it strange as I have got lots of bargains from here recently, maybe my lucks ran out or maybe DH has told them to put the prices up so I stop spending a fortune everytime I walk in the shop!!!

The fort is where I shop as well. I havent had much in the way of bargains recently either, I find they seem to have the same stuff on the clearance shelf for ages, nobody wants it lol

Was gonna pop in there tommorow for a look but I dont think I will bother now after reading your post, as It looks like its the same old stuff still there.

Am i right in saying that there is a sale starting tmrw, a few people have mentioned this here.

Ahh I've twigged what happened with my 0.00 garnier summer body spray mist earlier today. Garnier summer body range is currently discounted and so the discount must have been applied to the clearance price making it 0.00. Will look out for this glitch in future and make sure other things in basket next time!!!
