Bought the half price weight loss card but they had to put it through manually - so no extra points for me, I guess that means I really should use it!!!
.
Also found that lots of the Natural Collection and Essentials stuff that I had got before was back up in price, weird. I got a net bag with 3 pots of Essential lotions for £2 last week, today it is £8! Maybe they are trying to get us back for all the cheap goodies we got with the cosmetic bags. Couldn't find any reductions in the baby aisle (got loads last time)
The Clearance shelves near the photo counter had loads of 17 liners and lip gloss for £1, some hair bits for under 50p, lots of hair colour £1 still lots of ink cartridges but no bargains for me
Found it strange as I have got lots of bargains from here recently, maybe my lucks ran out or maybe DH has told them to put the prices up so I stop spending a fortune everytime I walk in the shop!!!0 -
pollsdolls does the till see £4.99 or £2.99 for till spit purposes.
It sees it as £2.99 (sadly)  I didn't bother saving them until the mag came out as I thought, with my luck there will be a problem combining 2 x voucher and a till split, so thought I would go with it then.
I dont know if ACM will give me anymore though. Hopefully it will. I had a shredding ACM the other day, it offered me a freebie (Med I think) I pressed print and it spat out a shredded voucher. I got my card back quick before it shredded that. When I looked down the floor was full of confetti vouchers :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:~ What goes around comes around ~0 -

The website is promoting 200pts wys £5 on all the same haircare brands that go with the £2 till spit. It doesn't say it's an online offer only. Frantically trying to think how this could work with the till spits and ACM and mag coupons as the till spit usually takes an item down below £5 so you'd have to buy something else at same time.
What about model.me spray at 5.99 and john frieda serum 1.99, use till spit to make it 5.99 total then get 200pts wys £5, the 250pts from ACM and 250pts from mag? Would be 700pts for £5.99 spend?0 -

This usually happens when a till split offer is on. You get a till split in-store, or the equivilant points online on the same products so that you don't lose out - so the points are unlikely to be instore, just instead of the till split, iyswim. (wasn't sure how to word it!)0 -
This may be a good time to get Boots brand flight socks! You could use:
300 points from new Boots mag
300 points from Boots mailing
300 points ACM (supposedly these coupons will be offered today)
Also wondering if you could use:
-200 points when you spend £10 on travel healthcare in a single transaction (coming to the ACM today)
-£2.50 off healthcare when you spend £10 (from sandwiches sold at Boots)
-Maybe extra points on Boots brand hosiery or socks (also coming to the ACM today)?
Has anyone used any of the vouchers I've mentioned, and did they beep?0 -

Nothing, I'm sure will ever beat my recent purchase of four pairs of Scholl flight socks for £1 each....:D0 -
Just back from an early-morning pre-work raid on Boots in Oxford. Having been told by the SA that the 75% off sale started this morning, I was all fired up to bag loads of bargains .... but it was really disappointing. The only things reduced were some perfume sets left over from last Christmas, though I did manage to get a Ted Baker Woman set of perfume/body lotion/bath fizzers which was reduced from £25 to £6, and a men's Lacoste aftershave/deo set reduced from £40 to £9, plus I paid for them separately so got two of the £2 hair care vouchers, so I *suppose* I should be pleased. I still feel a bit deflated though, as I had been hoping for so much more
So a word to all the other Oxford Bootsers .... unless you are after fragrance, it's not worth dashing in!!0 -
