Not sure whether to set the alarm early and see what is going on or not! I have never been to a summer sale at Boots- does anyone know what types of things are actually included or not?
    TIA
Last year in the summer sale in Oxford they basically had loads of No7 sun cream and a few perfumed shower gels. The sun cream was still more than 1/2 price which was a crap offer since it was BOGOF for months before that and we all had loads from a glitch where you could use a till spit and get 2 sun creams and a GWP for £2.50!! And the shower gels were £5 so not especially cheap either. I know it was better in other parts of the country, Oxford just have something against price reductions for some reason.

I still might have to rush out for a look tomorrow though. :o:rolleyes:

I wouldn't go the 'pretend baby' route - someone on this thread got caught out doing that and had her card taken off her - I believe she had her points taken away. It's potentially fraud I think. (we should remember that suggesting this could get this thread, the site and martin into trouble too)

I've bought loads of pc vouchers off ebay - great value if you work out carefully the best way to use them!

I bought 2 of the model me products yesterday and they were both £5.99 before the till spit came off. That was in the Piccadilly Circus store though so they may not be that price out of central London.

Hellooo! Not been around much due to lack of funds and this board seems to have a carrot-on-a-stick affect on me :D

Melgirl, London prices are usually more than the rest of the UK, the price Londoners pay for living in the expensive capital. I first noticed this when I was buying No7 stuff; it was generally 50p more and only realised when I was reading people's shopping lists on here.

Might be worth travelling further afield if you're going to de a big shop (I think someone posted any store from zone 3 onwards has "normal" prices)

    Hi all,
I'm too lazy to trawl through all pf the posts there are wayyy too many per day.

Starting on Weds in my store not sure about others is triple points when you spend £20 or more on baby...not sure what is classed as baby though. If you get pampers im sure some PC members will already have double points so it might be a good idea to stock up. not sure if its only for one day, if i remember i will update you tomo

Sales plan changes tomo so no more bogoff on hayfever medicines

EDIT: There will be a summer sale at some point in most stores but stores seem to just put clearance shelf labels on the item now instead of removing it to clearance stand. Also the Duo intense live colour that someone (i cant remmeber who) mentioned are save £1 so if you see any under that you will get them for free but hide it in other items or the SA may notice and not let you have it!
