It's taken me ages to back through and read all the posts... sorry I haven't been able to thank everyone's posts though (would've taken for ever).

I'm in awe of everyone's generosity of heartfelt wishes and the monetry side of things too. As I said in the Nomination for thread of the month, these qualities are sadly lacking in today's society unfortunately. We should be glad that we are amongst such wonderful people who are willing to help in any way they can for other Bootsers. Jill herself is one of these wonderful people. The sad loss of baby Thomas makes me all the more grateful for my two beautiful daughters.

I've been to Alder Hey many a time with my own children and visited too. The staff there are just heroes. Whatever amount of money is raised they would put it to such good use... Sorry, ramble over.

To Jill and your family, my thoughts and prayers are with you all. I hope that the collective friendship here is of some comfort to you in the hard times ahead.

R.I.P. Baby Thomas - Goodnight, God Bless.

    Julie x
  • Jill, I wish I could turn back the clock for you to make everything alright again. I am so sorry that you have to suffer this tragedy. The memories you have of Thomas will be painful, but something to treasure. You are in my thoughts. x

"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".

    Dear Jill

I dont normally post on here, but I do read this thread, I am so sorry about your loss, we lost our baby nephew last year, and I can honestly say it was the hardest thing I have ever been through, it really ripped right through me, so I can only guess how hard it was for my brother and sis in law,

I wish you well, as I know this will be a very hard time for you, take one step at a time, and don't push too hard
