Oh don't be a pillock. Anyone with the ability to read can see that I was actually pointing out, given the lack of complaints on the internet about them, the likelihood that they are a reasonable company.

so as there are no complaints about me on the internet? , it means what? again drawing conclusions from material that simply doesn't exist

And you're a big company, are you?

Unhappy customers shout a lot louder than happy customers, I've found and will be "heard" (on the internet, so heard in a manner of speaking) more often than happy customers.

I have ranted about Micro$oft and their 360 and CEX and their stupidity in several places far more often than I have praised Netmerchants or Amazon, for example.

so if you can't find anything on the internet about a "big company" you will guarantee they are all right to deal with?

No, but there's a better chance that they will be.

    He never said that.

There may be a fair chance that ICE are going to use this thread in court as evidence of where you are coming from.

I would if I was them, comments like yours of how you are enjoying all this and your constant arguing could go against you.

Again the implication that a judge will ignore statute because I am an argumentative sod??
oh yes after being put through six months of having no money, no car stereo and being ignored by the company who did this, yes i am enjoying every bit of this vent!!
The only thing I would enjoy more is getting my money backs as the laws says!

I wish punitive orders for stupidity would come into effect in this country. :(

Well you'd need to be the first to do porridge on that basis
You've made at least 15 posts harping on about me reading terms and conditions yet somehow forgetting you published some T&C's thinking they were an excerpt from the SOGA!!

Things of moved on somewhat, they are now offering to pay me my money and pick the damm thing up, but as the judge ordered the terms of settlement must be met by the 28th lets see if they actually do it.

    Excellent.

So - why are you still bleating on about it?

As for my posting the wrong t/cs, yes, I've explained that. I had the SOGA page open and the t/cs of a site I was looking at open (see, I read t/cs before buying; I've found I run into fewer problems that way) and I copied the wrong page. It still doesn't exempt you from not reading the t/cs in the first place.
