Am I missing something? Is the issue simply to do with who pays for the return of the item which needed to be tested as well as the testing fee?
It doesn't seem unreasonable for the consumer to pay PROVIDED if it is faulty that the costs of return are reimbursed.
Is that the only issue here or have I missed something?0 -

I can only assume that there are additional factors that mdbarber has mentioned as the thread(s) have developed. I can't find these factors, but did lose the will to live long before this page!Gone ... or have I?0 -
