    Can't quite remember and am not at the machine the letter was crafted on, was given the correct syntax/wording by TS, so hopefully ok

    hey wouldn't it be a coincidence if your "claimant" was being advised by dmg24, sure it was once implied on here there was some legal experience/training received

    ah here it is!

    It would be amazing, my 'claimant' didn't take any legal advice, just kept emailing how he had been unfairly treated and sent pages of irrelevant documentation to the court. He seemed to have done lots of internet research though, lots of past cases as examples that were just irrelevant.

    Well I keep getting silly irrelevant request's from incarexpress asking me to do all sorts of silly stuff, think they are pretending to make offers, question is, can a written request be considered an offer?
