I'm not sure if you meant you cant access their site but if you can, have a look at Ask's website for a list of towns to find your nearest branch - just click on the draw-down arrow:-

Use on the actual day you get the paper.
I have treated ds to one every day so far - even managed to get one myself today.
Martin did advertise the offer on his tv programme tonight, so you may find copies of the Independent a bit scarce tomorrow
