Hey Squizz, you are doing really well there my friend:T

I am trying to convince OH that taking a flask of coffee or even buying a jar to use at work is much better than the £1.20 he spends a day on vending machine coffee at work. He aint budging:rolleyes:

    His argument is that.

    A. Coffee goes minging out of a flask after a few hours.

    B. He will look the tight one in the office

    C. If he buys a jar then he will have to make cups for other people too.

    D. He doesnt like change of ANY sort:rolleyes: :D
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    Thanks Lou :)

Does he actually really seriously prefer vending machine coffee???!!! Yuck!

What about those individual cup size filters, I got some a while back from Tesco when they were on special offer and they were pretty good, not as cheap as instant but they work out about 15-20p a cup even at normal price... this sort of thing...

Well in all fairness the place he works have vending coffee which is Dowe Edgburts (sp?) I think and they sell it at cost so its only 20p a cup but it would still be loads cheaper if he made his own there. He drinks far too much anyway, 6 cups a day:eek:

Then he has at least another 2 when he comes home.

And he wonders why he has trouble sleeping:confused:

 In that case, present him with a jar of Tesco Value instant and take his wallet off him :rotfl:

:rotfl: :rotfl: you think I would trust him with a wallet???

He lines up for his dinner money with the kids:cool:

He has only just got used to taking a packed lunch, which I have to make or he would just take money and buy from the burger van:rolleyes:

:rotfl: Dearie me! I have noticed from looking round at work that the vast majority of men seem to have an inability to bring lunch with them.

Whereas today I have an inability to eat it! Woke up in the early hours of this morning, couldn't get back to sleep so got up and had a cup of tea and was promptly sick :( Managed to get a couple of hours sleep and have come to work but can't seem to stomach anything except plain crisps and water.. ugh.

Nooooo! You poor thing. Not sure the crisps are best, to be honest - sugar is easier to digest than fat, its closer to what our bodies actually use as energy ..... It doesn't sound like you should be at work at all, Squirrel - take it easy, for heaven's sake. Lots of gentle hugs and positive vibes coming your way.
