Just a flying visit today - mum getting DD1 from school and DD2 just waking up. Then got to give them tea, collect my car as long as its ready today - (annoying if its not as I'm supposed to be meeting a friend tomorrow and I've not seen her for about 9 months so looking forward to it), then working tonight. Not got a clue what to have for tea either!
However, this is what I have done so far (admittedly I did do these yesterday though!)Thursday Bathroom and Study/Pc AreaLevel One
[strike]Clean floors in these rooms (even if it is around the clutter) [/strike]
Level Two
[strike]Clean baths, toilets and sinks[/strike]
[strike]Clear any clutter from desk[/strike] - Not got one
[strike]Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!! (baby wipes are fantastic for this!!) [/strike]again, not got one
[strike]Wipe keyboard, house phone and mouse (these usually have more germs on than your toilet so important).. [/strike]
[strike]
[/strike]Level Three[strike][strike]Clear clutter from floor [/strike]
[/strike]Wipe down tiles in bathroomClean shower screen/curtain/bath mats if you have one/if required
Clean the brushes/dust box/filters on the vacuum cleaner!!!! .. make sure they are completely dry before using it though.. I don’t want anyone electrocuted!!
Extra mission:
Pick whichever you want to attempt- [strike]
- Wipe the skirtings, door and window frames in these rooms
- Wipe down 2 doors.. room doors.. both sides
- [/strike][strike]Sort a wardrobe or part of, a drawer or set of drawers making sure it has what needs to be in it and any 'extras' are put where they should be and anything no longer needed is rehomed. [/strike]
- How is the 5-a-day ebay challenge going?? Sorry, its not!!!! Really need to put a few things on this weekend.

Oh I like the life book... but am wondering if you could make one yourself... or get one cheaper! :rotfl: Sept 08 to Dec 09 is good value right enough... We use a calendar like the organiser one, MIL buys it for us all at Christmas.
OK, DS1 collected, DS2 sleeping in his bug.
Bathroom
Cleaned loo
Cleaned sink (DS2 made toothpaste mountains)
Cleaned bath
Cleaned shower screen
Cleaned tiles
Wiped mirror
Removed rubbish
Cleaned window and sill
Cleaned floor (if swishing a dirty towel about to dry whereI dropped teh shower head and soaked the place counts as cleaning)
Kids room
Stripped beds
Fought the giant polar bear
Pulled DS2 out the wardrobe a few times
Collected what dirty clothes I could see
Picked up a few toys
Ran away very fast from the 'whatever that used to be monster'
:coffee: then back to kids room0 -

Off to fill a charity bag with [STRIKE]junk[/STRIKE] very valuable things to make lots of money for charity bag that came through the door xx0 -
tiamai_d you are right, its not very "money saving" to buy the lifebook and planners
I have to say that the large planner I have is wipe clean, so you just rub it all out at the end of the week and write up everything for the following week. The life books are really lovely (quite girly) and I would be lost without mine now I know for sure that there are a few sites where you can print off schedules and planners. I will try and find a site where this can be done, unless anyone can think of one off the top of their head - that option is probably more "money saving"

https://www.chartjungle.com has millions of pages inc planners and lists. A laminator is about £15 and you can make wipe clean pages using these then punch hole them, stick them in a ring binder and voila. Oh useful aswell is some clear pockets for receipts, bills etc and sticky labels are good for keeping them in, stick one in the middle at the top.
No I wouldn't pay that much either, can you tell ?One day I might be more organised...........
GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb0 -
Welcome to the board.
WOW! 3 kids under 4, you really do have your hands full. I have 3 kids too, but one's at school and one's at nursery, the other is still breastfed as well and VERY clingy.
I make excuses not to do housework all the timeand have found this board great coz I feel embarassed if I come on here and haven't done anything lol, although I don't think I've ever done a whole list yet
Good luck for next week. I hope it helps you get organised.iwanttosavemoney2008 wrote: »This is a great thread i love it

Not flying as not in my own house, i'm cat sitting for my parents. They are off to London for the weekend for my dads birthday, lucky swines. Will enjoy watching the footie tonight on their 42" plasma screen though:DThe trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0
