    Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
    And things go wrong no matter what I do.
    Now and then it seems that life is just too much.

    Quick question before flying commences - making a casserole (meat for DH quorn for me & the girls) but only got red onion in. Should I put it in (I only usually use red onion for salad) or just leave it out? Also putting in mushroom & leek.

    :confused::confused::confused::confused:

Knew it was on the cards.. sorry she is one of the few people I would happily kill in cold blood.. there aren't many.. 3 in fact.. but she is one of them... I don't waste hate on them just utter intolerance for the atoms they are made of... I do have a partiualrly evil side.. but I don't hide it lol

  • Ok,

    I found last week's thread and just watched, and thought I'd give it a go this week. How hard could it be? I have no kids, no one else living with me, so all I have to do is tidy up after myself right? So....Monday came and went, and all my good intentions disappeared when I got back from work!! :o

    I DID do the washing up, but only coz I'd run out of clean plates! So having discovered I have less willpower than I thought possible, I am posting here in the hopes that you all shame me into doing something!! :D I may not get home till gone 9pm tonight, so I'm aiming low, but I should hopefully be able to vacuum the floor of my living room, and put a load in the WM to run while at work tomorrow! God, I'm rubbish, but small steps eh?! Btw, I think you all sound amazing! God knows how you do it all. I can just about manage to get dressed correctly in the morning, and that's something of an achievement for me before I've had a cup of tea!

    xx

    Welcome to the thread Firefly! My circs are the same; I always thought my ex was the messy one until I lived on my own :o
    Baby steps until you get some kind of routine going and don't try and do everything at once!

    New mobile ordered and I'm ready to do some more outside after a sit down so toodle pip for now.

    FIL just rang the police again and they say that there still too busy so FIL told them they had 15 minutes to ring back or he would pack it all up and bring it to the police station, they rang back in 5 minutes and are heading out to the house now. So FIL happy and we've the rest of the room cleared so only one room to do and it will be able to be rented out again. Luckily they still have some numbers of people who was interested last time so should be easy enough.

    Right better lift DS1 then start the bedroom. Would anyone know of something to make to use up loads of double cream and butter? Have loads of flour too, all kinds. Any help would be great.
