yep thats what they told me and the fact if youve got a balance in your account b efore the slots are sent, which i have. its a load of rubbish

After reading all your 'experiences' on here, I logged into my Account, and there was a VIP Sale link showing. When I clicked into it, nothing happened, the page just refreshed, so I telephoned Cust.Serv. and asked why it wasn't doing anything? She said it should have allocated me a Slot, but to hold on and she'd do what she could to help. Then she came back and told me I had been allocated Wednesday 5-5.30, and would that be OK? She then told me she'd send an Email confirmation, which arrived immediately, along with another one, confirming the same slot!

Sorry to be so long winded, but hope this helps someone else!

Ive always had a balance on my account & it was years before I actually got an invite

interesting to see im right! the only time i havent had a slot is when i havent had anything owing!

No I wish I had took his name : ( I have sent them a email because I am really angry. He actually said because I had not been alocated a slot before I would never get one!!!!

I don't beliuve for 1 minute it is random! I mean there are so many people that get every year. It isnt fair

well this is a lot of crap, i dont think its fair they treat customers like this because their websites too crap to allow more than 50 ppl on at one time
