I didn't have a slot but had the VIP sale link (although it didn't work) on my account summary page - but it's disappeared!! My surname starts with an H but i don't think its done alphabetically.0 -

If I don't received a VIP email I usually ring them to blag one.
Is it worth it this time or is everyone having problems when calling the customer service number??

Just checked my account, link for VIP slot just appeared, it worked and I just had an email confirming my slot at 5-5.30 on Wednesday. Better start my list!

Its hit & miss really! Some of us have managed to book a slot, others haven't
I must have Next on the brain. I just went to log in my online banking & entered my Next customer number instead!0 -
Just found this on the Xmas sale thread. This was a reply to someone who sent them an email complaining that they hadn't got a VIP slot:-

I am sorry to read of your disappointment that you were not selected to receive priority e-mail notification, to place your order over the internet prior to our recent End of Season Sale.
I can confirm that customers are selected to receive a priority internet appointment to place an order according to a number of specific criteria, which include recent spending patterns and the amount of available credit on the account. From the customers that meet these criteria, a number are then randomly chosen to have the opportunity to place an order. Therefore, customers who were previously chosen to receive priority email notification may not be selected each season.0
