There was a guy here a couple of weeks ago that worked for Next, he put it in his siggy, and he was rather 'brusque' with some members. Now this person only has 2 posts both in Next threads and was on-line at 10.30 this morning...hmmm I wonder.0 -

Think Customer Services must be getting stressed out over the amount of phone calls they're receiving. The guy I spoke to was very polite (although he didn't book a slot for me). Did you get the name of the person you spoke to EmmaLouiseStar?0

Half the problems with these vip sales is the inconsitency from the customer service advisors, if they all sang from the same hymn sheet when on the phone then customers would not be so annoyed...or perhaps is this how next hype up their sales...perhaps ??This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.Robert M. Totally agree, I wouldnt be bothered if no one could get a slot, but some are, some arent, it aint fair!0
