emweaver what did they say the criteria is?? i always thought it was cos a) i have a massive credit limit and b) ive always made sure ive bought something before the slots are allocated so im showing as owing them???

The way customer services just spoke to me was terrible! and to be told that I will never get a slot!!! how can they possinily say this is random. I am really annoyed!

could it possibly be that the vip slot link is removed once you have your confirmation email? i didnt get the link through my account dh got it over the phone.
