I need clothes my girls 12-18 mths so every1 lay off them lol grr im getting rreally annoyed ive spent loads with next recently and last sale i asked what the criteria for being a vip was and ive tried to meet that too

At Christmas someone posted here when they received their e-mail and when I logged into my account I was able to book a slot, I didn't receive my invitation e-mail until the next day either.

You must've spoke to the same guy as me (Sam). He was very nice but said I had to wait on the email link.
