My 'VIP sale' link has now appeared on my account (wasn't there before). I rang up CS again and this time she checked and said 'I am able to book you a slot' - I also have Wed 5-5.30. Thanks so much for the heads up x

Do you think the calls that might be being directed to the call centre in India are getting the slots and the ones that are going through to the UK call centre are not???

I just called (call centre in India) and was told that I am a VIP and would be receiving an email. There is nothing showing up yet in my account and my surname begins with F so I don't think they are doing it alphabetically.

I gave them a call and have been told that I have not been selected ( again!! ) nothing can be done to get one as slots are sent out randomly.. GRR how random is it that some people get them every sale! 5am start for me then on Saturday:doh:

i've also just got 5-5.30 slot for Wednesday by phoning, and I had no vip link showing on my account when I logged in online. So keep trying, fingers crossed for everyone!

Have also just spoken to a lady called Nicole (I think) she was very helpful and booked me a slot between 5 - 5.30 on Wednesday :j

I just called and they wouldnt do anything for me They also told me if I had not received anything in the previous sales I would not get one!!!

i got told theres a note on my account about a vip invite but wasn't given a defo yes or no have to wait for thhe email,spoke to a man called sam by the way
