I've just called and asked if ive got a vip slot. They said there's a note that states yes i do, but they wouldn't book me a slot - have to wait for an email?!

Said they are going out over next few days if i haven't got one by wednesday then to call. But i'm confused looking on here there are people with slots on Wednesday, so surely its a bit late!

Arghhhh the frustration of it all!

apparently we have been selected dh rang them to confirm time etc, i have wednesday 16th july between 5-5.30pm (very strange as usually they start on friday) but confirmation email states this.

very handy as we are off to florida in september.

I just called, I can't see a VIP link on my account page and also got told they couldn't see a VIP allocation on my account - but implied that I might still get one, note sure if she was just trying to make me feel better though as she was a nice lady :-(

I just said "Hi, I was wondering if you could tell me if I would be getting a VIP invite for the sale?"
She said "hold on let me look, yes have you not got an email yet?"
I said no. So she offered to book it for me

I'm starting to wonder if there are going to be two different sets of VIPS ifkwim. They told me that although i did get allocated a slot I'd have to wait on email and the it would be Friday to get a slot. I wonder if the people that are calling up and can't book a slot for Wednesday are perhaps going to get a Friday slot?

just rang again on the normal customer services and she immediately booked me a slot 5-5.30 on wednesday and i got the email confirmation straight away !! woo hoo. just keep trying I spoke to a female by the name of 'Teyjal' - very helpful !!:beer:
