    u can't view it online yet although i have got the email saying you can so i guess they havent set it up yet

    I just spoke to customer services and they said that I had been selected for a VIP but until I got my email they couldn't book me a slot but emails were coming out today and tomorrow and if I didn't have it by tomorrow to call back. She also told me that slots weren't starting until Friday. I wish they all told you the same thing!!!

    i just tried ringing next as well, she didnt offer to book me a slot but she has taken my telephone number to see if she can find out what the problem is and is going to ring me back. although I have 'sort of' said that i have received the email - which err I havent although I do have the vip link now on my account. I will await her call back and keep 'clicking' in the meantime altho i have to leave for work at one and cant check when im at work :confused:
