    nope got told again their systems not allowing slots to be booked grrr

    I cant believe they only have 7 people there! I used to work at the call centre in Endeby and it is massive!

    I just rang and said the VIP link on account summary wasnt working so she booked it over the phone - weds at 5pm (best try and leave work early then!)

    i asked if they could tell me if i had a vip slot and she said i would have to wait for an email to book a slot

    so i got her to confirm that i had a vip slot and she said yes, i asked if i could book it on the phone and she went to put me through to the vip dept but then after a few seconds on hold she said she can book the vip slot for me

    i asked if i would get email confirmation and she asked for my email address, then i got the email a few seconds later

    I just spoke to customer services and she said there is nothing to say who has got slots and who hasn't - you just have to wait for a phone call or an email. I said a friend (well we are all friends aren't we?) had spoken to CS and had been told that they had a slot but the CS woman insisted that it was a random process.
    Doesn't look good for me does it?
    Ahh well better luck at christmas time!!

    Just called again, spoke to someone else - still won't let me book, although she did confirm I will get an email. Guess I'm just a VIP and not a VVIP!
