Well I have emailed them. I just don't have time to keep going through the quiz to try every combination. I have tried about 10 so far, with what I think is most likely so I have no idea! I am at work now and really have better things to be doing!

I was going to go on my lunch break and do the shop but at this rate I won't be able to

I have emailed so will see what response I get. Thanks anyway guys!
  • Is this for the well known computer manufacturer SJ?

I did this, it took me a while, can you PM me the question / post it on here and I can remember it and help you.

Sorry but I really have to stick my nose into the whole child on jobs issue!
Whilst we all know that children can cause a distraction for mystery shopper OR staff, our job is purely to assess the customer service we receive as a normal shopper. Staff are not taking part in some sort of exam, the results should therefore be based on how a staff member treats shoppers in a normal situation. A very large percentage of regular dyytime shoppers do have children with them, and should not receive any lower standard of service because of this. I have anything between 0 and 4 children with me and I have never once had a report queried. I tell it exactly how I see it, and this is what I consider the job to be about. Obviously, I use my discretion - I would not take even one child to a champagne bar for example. (I was gutted to turn that one down last week!) Today I am doing a job that does not state whether or not children were allowed to go. However, where they often give examples of how a good response would look, it mentions the shopper not being able to get a pushchair through.
I also think its ludicrous that the fast foods restaurants aimed at children dont allow MSs to take children. But that's the rule and I stick to it. (I just don't do these jobs.)
Smile ! And pass it on..

When I registered with Bare, I found that the code disappeared really quickly,

There was no warning when this happened was there? I was really annoyed, so the next time, I took a screenshot!

yep - you return it 3 mins later or something - they are going to think they have some pretty stupid shoppers!

I know LOL, it put me off doing it, what reason doesn’t sound weird to take it back practically straight away?!

If a company pay £x per job and ask you, on the phone, if you can do the same job twice in one go with different representatives, would you normally get 2 lots of £x, as I was expecting that in my bank today and got one and half times normal fee instead... If this makes sense to anybody, is this just the way it is or should I query it?

I would expect twice the pay for that - as you have just carried out what for the company is two assignments. I would query it - what is to lose?;)
