My OH has actually done this to me before now.
Ooh that I like - have been trying to work out what excuse to use. Thanks.
Just got my first job with ISC:rotfl: . Telephone job next week (needs to be recorded). Anyone with them or know what they are like?0 -

ooohhh snap!
I had a quick read of the instructions and it seems like you go to a particular website and download the audio file from there. Listen to it and complete the report and then upload it to their site.
That's how I read it anyway.Oct Comp Wins:Slimming World Mag (£2.65) it was a consolation prize but whateva! VIP tix to Armand Van Helden CD Launch at O2,0 -
Groan...... I did one of those DIY shops too
My own fault really that I had such a bad time of it as I did (and thank goodness the kitchen person wasn't available) because I chose the wrong time to go (by the time I left all the kids were coming out of school etc)
I did feel like a tool (lol - perfect word, thanks) returning my item three minutes later, and I also felt like a tool asking about how many toilets were in stock (which were boxed right in front of the desk. There were 9 there, why oh why was I made to ask how many they had in total?). I felt totally ridiculous, but to be fair, they were consumate professionals and barely raised an eyebrow.
And I use my own discretion whether I take my toddler on a job with me or not, unless it specifically states in the briefing notes to or otherwise. I've never had a report rejected, and this has never been mentioned to me - in fact I've even mentioned how nice it is when the staff acknowledge us both and make us both feel welcome, whether it be a posh dress shop or a phone store. If they said don't do it, I wouldn't of course, but they seem happy enough as the reports I write are still on time, accurate, detailed and unbiased, which is all they really want. All posts made are my own opinions and constitute neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers

Have you done any for them before? Just accepted another two phone jobs from GFK as well but they don't need to be recorded.0 -

I am waiting for my first payment from TNS, but can't find much information about it on their site. Do you have to claim the payment in any way, or do they just pay you automatically after submission of the reports?
I've been working for them for over a year, once you submit your report you complete the pay claim page and that's it done. You will get paid at the end of the following month:j Debt free since 31/01/08:j

I think my imperfect Spanish is an asset when it comes to MS, they probably put any weird questions down to that!0

The problem with them is that all sales people follow their own patter and own agenda and it just doesn't fit a nicely written scenario. I'm not surprised you have a migraine if you have done four of these! You'll be needing that long haul!
I got my own back on the nice sales person when I was asked if I was a mystery shopper!
Did you know it is possible to get married at one long haul destination on the day of arrival? All you need is a passport and the marriage is recognised in the UK. Even better is the fact that my Russian fiancee does not even need a visa!0 -
