    No they don't do free itemising online and as my phone has been disconnected I can't access mu account online anyway. The bill just says it's for Chargable Unlimited Evening and Weekend OW. Not sure what that's supposed to mean as I haven't been able to use my phone. Confused. Hopefully I'll get a reply off them anyway.

    Chargable Unlimited Evening and Weekend OW is a data bundle (GPRS).

    £5/mth - not sure why that's on there if you didn't have it before!!

    If you are on a free of charge arrangement with Orange you should not have anything chargeable on your account. As you have been barred for awhile and therefore could not run up further charges. I would advise you call the Collections Department and ask why you are still being charged for Unlimited Evening and Weekend OW they should be able to look through you account and if you have made the required payments for the arrangement on time and in full they may credit that back to you but, you have to bear in mind that they don't have to.

    I know. I'm grateful they stopped the line rental so this small amount isn't too bad. Just don't understand where it has come from. Still, it's better than £35 a month.

    What service though? I'm not able to use my phone at all. Haven't even got the SIM card in my phone at the moment so it's definately not being used.

    I don't really want to call them cos I owe them money. I spoke to them on the phone last week and they are aware of my intention to get the debt paid off and I paid a bit off yesterday and wrote them a letter explainging again and asking about the charge. Hopefully they will reply.
    I know my account is still current on their billing system but I don't know where the charges would come from? Surely I would have had to use it for them to appear. No worries though. Hopefully I'll get a response.
