Do you really think that this guy would have a wife to give anything to?

Anyone think there is a market for cordless gym equipment?
or maybe solar power for the gym if all else fails. i have a solar powered water heater at my moms place that supplies most of the house that has been working fine since the late 1980s. all it needs is a wash to clean the glass that covers the collector every few months. cannot give any links to any suppliers as that particular property is outside uk. the solar powered water heater costed about 200 pouns then to instal and has been working since the last nearly 22 years with no extra expenses since thenbubblesmoney :hello:0 -

Not if it explicitly says it doesn't. All brochures I have seen expressly state that the purchaser should not rely on them. The same goes for estate agents' particulars.Captain_Mainwaring wrote: »I'd very much doubt if the contract even mentioned power to the garage.
Then how can there is no obligation to supply it.Captain_Mainwaring wrote: »The issue of a cable crossing another property is nothing.
Try telling that to the person that's just bought the other property...0 -

On a practical note, my friend uses a caravan leisure battery and a 12v to 240v inverter for power in his garage. I imagine something like a treadmill is a bit power hungry though.
Typical new build, every expense spared

Sorry Pru, my wife is from Asia too, i'm not married to a sad old British bearded haridan with a face like the wreck of the Hesperus - thus I have no need to behave like a sad old Brit on tour.
Thank you also for your sad generalization about Thai girls - most are not to be bought in a bar as per your assertion.
I suspect you have never been to Thailand or BKK, wait until you go, until then save your narrow minded biggotry for the next meeting of your knitting club.
Now i'm beginning to realise your interest in a rabbit that could jump 10'.0 -

Firstly your post is contradictory- did you mean "there is an obligation to supply it. " ?
I'd suggest you read what I wrote - I think that the wording is such that the OP should get their power, and secondly, I didn't know that you lived on the same street, has the other properties sold yet? The easement will already be in place and could be enforced.0 -

Ah Ian, don't get sore. At least I don't feel the need to title myself "Capt Mainwaring Singapore" or Bangkok, or Bali, or Penang - all the places I visit frequently and one of which I live in. Hardly bloody Halifax is it?0
