Do you have a problem using proper grammar in your posts?
It makes what you write very hard to read.0 -
Well today they sent another engineer out and guess what he had no parts with him at all to repair it with. Ha Ha turning out to be a saga It's the principle of the thing now.0

Why don't you just reject it and ask for a replacement or a refund?
By the way, telling someone to "F-off" is, in my view, inexcusable on any account.0 -

Sorry LR but you are coming across as a complete prat. I'm sure you are a nice guy and everything but calling people that work in customer services 'oiks' is disrespectful.
And your generalising comments really do make you seem like a bitter and twisted so and so.
In my view, everybody deserves respect. They are doing their job and you should accord them the deceny of politeness. If you don't think they are doing the job, POLITELY ask them to desist and take it up with a senior level.
Being rude only really makes you look very unintelligent.
I like the Thai approach to arguing - if you lose your temper and are rude then, irrespective of the rights and wrongs, you have lost the argument.
Telling someone to F-off when they are leaving leaves the OP totally without my sympathy.0 -
Tozer, that is probably one of the most intelligent posts I have seen on this forum for ages.
The other thing the people who think it's fine to be rude to people working in CS jobs that they probably haven't given a moments thought to as well as being ignorant is that if they do they, they're just showing they have no class whatsoever at all.
It also goes to show the real potential a person also has. I remember an extremely pleasant customer I served a few years back (at an Airport). He was wearing a name badge with CEO as position. I won't name the company but it was a very large company. I just though it shows, the most decent people are the ones who go far.
I will fight on here. Buts it's only to people who just show no respect for others who are working, or who will try and take advantage of their position as a consumer.0 -
